So, we are excited about being in our new series, Being Fruitful And Multiplying In The Fruit Of The Spirit
Galatians 5:22-23 in the KJV tells us about the 9 Fruits Of The Spirit in which we must multiply.
Galatians 5:22-23 reads,
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
The Lord has already sent The Promise, Holy Spirit bearing much fruit, so how do we use the mandate that God gave us in being Fruitful And Multiplying In The Fruit Of The Spirit?
Let us look at LOVE
Well, we know that God is LOVE! And scriptures tells us in John 3:16, For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son.
We are to follow the example of God as imitators and walk in love as Christ has loved us.
Ephesians 5:1-2 KJV
Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children; And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour.
As Believers, we are allowing our love and love walk to multiply by following the Love example of God each and everyday.
How Does This Look Practically?
With the Help of Holy Spirit,
1. We are loving God with all of our mind, body, soul, and strength.
2. We are loving ourselves
3. We are loving our fellow neighbors
4. We are telling our fellow neighbors about the love of Christ Jesus.
This is how we are to Be Fruitful And Multiply our Love
