Philippians 4:13 tells us as Believers,
I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.
Think, what circumstance have you been through in this life that you thought had you bound? Look back over your life and see how it was the goodness of The Lord our God that helped you and me make it through.
Think how The Lord said, All Things Work Together For Yalls Good!
If it did work in the past, that thing you are going through will work for your good even today.
Now look at somebody next to you and say, this situation is just making me stronger. 💪
